(Option available for private rooms ONLY, not rooms with multiple beds. It's easy! Sign up under one name, then add your buddy's name and email in the booking form during checkout. Splitting the cost of the room is the sole responsibility of the parties involved sharing the room. We will accept payment from one source only). *Payment policy: -50% due when booking online, including a $200 non-refundable deposit. -100% due by 8/1/2025 (2nd payment will be invoiced to you) -Receive a generous discount for paying in full  -Processing fees included in price -$200 of payment is a non-refundable deposit -If paying a partial payment, the remaining balance will be invoiced to your email on or before July 1, 2025 *Cancellation Policy: -Cancel by 8/1/25- refund of 75% of balance paid not including the $200 non-refundable deposit. -Cancel between 8/1/25-10/1/25: refund of 50% of balance paid not including the $200 non-refundable deposit. -NO refund for cancellations on 10/2/25 or after. *Full amount for kayaking excursion due at time of booking. The kayaking excursion may be added at a later date if desired. Kayak excursion cancellation occurring due to inclement weather or for any other reason on behalf of the kayaking company, will result in a full refund of $60, the cost of the excursion, to the retreater.
