With a focus on the inner experience, we will explore both movement and stillness in a mindful and curious way. By slowing the pace, there's an opportunity to adjust poses to fit your unique experience. This practice will use somatic movement to build strength, stability, and flexibility while connecting the mind and body. All levels are welcome and can benefit from this practice.
