Escape with us for the weekend in the beautiful landscape of Carolina Beach, NC! Your home away from home is a 6 bedroom/6 bathroom, gorgeous private home. Amenities include short walk to the beach, pool, hot tub, outdoor seating for eating and relaxing, 2 living areas, and private bathrooms. Your stay includes a full schedule of various types of yoga, nourishing meals, down time to enjoy the beach and the local area, and even the option to enjoy a kayak excursion.
Carolina Beach is conveniently located less than 20 miles from the Wilmington International Airport and Intestate I-40.
Sample Itinerary
Friday:
12pm-4pm: Arrive, unpack, meet & greet, visit the beach, light refreshments/charcuterie
5:00pm: Opening meditation
6:00pm: Sunset Yoga
7:00pm: Group dinner (Mexican Rice Bowls)
8:00pm: Fire Ceremony
9:00pm: Night Cap Yoga (Yin)
Saturday:
7:30am: Meditative Beach Walk
7:45am: Sunrise Yoga
9:00am: Continental breakfast
10:00am-1pm: Kayak Excursion or Mid-MoringYoga & Downtime
1:30pm: Refreshing lunch
3:00pm: Afternoon Yoga
6:00pm: Group dinner (homemade Italian dinner)
7:30pm: Cacoa Ceremony
8:30pm: Night Cap yoga (Restorative + Sound bath)
Sunday:
7:30am: Meditative Beach Walk
7:45am: Sunrise Yoga
10:00am: Ayurvedic Brunch
11:30am: Send-off Yoga & Meditation
1pm-4pm: Enjoy the beach, linger, pack-up, depart

Cancellations:

Cancel by 8/1/25- refund of 75% of balance paid not including the $200 non-refundable deposit.

Cancel between 8/1/25-10/1/25: refund of 50% of balance paid not including the $200 non-refundable deposit.

NO refund for cancellations on 10/2/25 or after.

Let the experts glide you through the waters on a 3-ish hour excursion on Saturday, Nov. 8th, immersing you in the beautiful landscape of Carolina Beach and the surrounding area.
